We’re starting a new special program today that’ll take place of our Special Bowls. We calling it our “Chef’s Specials”. It will be a more varied program with bowls, plates, salads, knife and fork burritos and you may even see the return of our tortilla rollups.
Starting today at all locations is our new Hornitos Rocks, our new batched premium cocktail. Available at any counter while you’re ordering food, at the Saddle Bar and at the Swirl Counter at our Cupertino location. It’s premium, industrial and we think it’s delicious.

We are doing it again, more change.
This time we are going back to our bar roots from 1997. Using the bar to serve our unique Industrial Swirls, margaritas, rocks drinks and Industrial Martini Swirls. That’s it, no more handmade or custom drinks but simpler, faster and more industrial strength than ever.
Oh yes, more space for placing your food orders to help our customers move through the order system faster too!
The change starts now.
Hopefully the community will agree with us, speedier order service, simplicity and respect for our original roots in the bar still make “Aqui Cupertino the kind of place we want to go.”
