Potato-Mushroom Croquetas

Grilled mushrooms, Yukon potatoes, vegan cheese, breadcrumbs and herb croquetas. Served with tomato oregano sauce, organic lentils, coconut rice, organic kale, chayote-zucchini, sun-dried tomato salsa, herb aioli and feta cheese. 12.79

Chef Note

What Are Potato-Mushroom Croquetas? A delicious crisp vegan dumpling made from grilled cremini mushrooms, roasted yukon potatoes and vegan mozzarella 
with a rich umami taste!

Veggie-Crunchy Yucca Stack

Aqui veggies and crispy yucca in a vegan cheese quesadilla. Served with lemongrass sauce, coconut rice, black beans, organic kale, pozole escabeche, cucumber and firecracker chile sauce. 11.29

Chef Note

Our Vegan Cheese: Violife We use Violife Mozzarella which is made from coconut oil, lentil proteins, potato and corn starches, natural flavors and B12. It is soy free, gluten free and nut free.

Filet Mignon Taquitos

Roasted beef tenderloin, Yukon potatoes and Monterey Jack rolled in corn tortillas. Served with guajillo sauce, BBQ sauce, sun-dried tomato salsa, black beans, cilantro rice, avocado, sour cream and cotija cheese. 14.99
