Our vegetarian menu items may contain dairy or egg in our dressings including cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing or aioli.
Horizontal Work Surface
We take great care in preparing your vegan and vegetarian items, but we have a horizontal work surface system. This means plates will pass through different stations to be completed. This can lead to a crossing of particles with non-vegan/vegetarian items. Our kitchens only have a single fryer which is used to crisp both vegan/vegetarian and non-vegan/vegetarian items. We understand if the information noted will give you pause about enjoying vegan/vegetarian food at Aqui. As always, we appreciate the opportunity to be your away from home kitchen.

We use Violife Mozzarella which is made from coconut oil, lentil proteins, potato and corn starches, natural flavors and B12. It is soy free, gluten free and nut free.
