We are hoping to work on and be able to provide a menu analysis of the then current menu by mid 2011. Thanks for your patience, as we are a small family-owned business that works hard each day continually changing our food and drink offerings. This year, we will be opening a new Aqui in Cupertino (#4!), introducing a new main menu and have plans to change the Daily Specials lineup 7 times. Sounds crazy but it's a labor of love. Looking forward to being your kitchen this year!

By the way, many people ask what the requirements are for restaurants. Actually, the law requires only big chains with 20 or more stores to provide nutritional info. Since it took us 16 years to get to 4, boy do we have our work cut out for us to get to 20! Whoa! We'd better get to it!
