One Chef...One Team...Three Strong...
Our third restaurant in Campbell is now open and we are seeking one Managing Chef to join our chef team.
You:
- Graduate of CCA, CIA or formally accredited teaching program
- 10 years real restaurant experience in the kitchen
- Some corporate admin and kitchen management program experience but not majority
- Speak fluent English & Spanish; Read & write English; Read Spanish
- Can demonstrate skills with standard operating programs like Office Suites for Windows
- Can pass interview, which will be conducted in English and Spanish
- Has skills to prepare specials with ingredients on hand, within two hours of a shift opening and no-pre planning - every day - every shift. Come prepared to demonstrate your Cal-Mex understanding of our food
- Has researched our website and eaten at the stores to fully comprehend service and food style before interview
- Wants to be part of our mission to influence the way real food can be made daily for every day life and with natural, wild, and organic ingredients where possible- headed toward more vegetarian dishes too!

- 14 years in business and growing
- Opening new 4500 foot Campbell Aqui in May
- Plan new concept for American styled food in 07
- Plan to develop smaller foot print Aqui for 08
